![]() This is someone who wanted more because of her time with Frankie. This isn’t the same Kelly who raised Frankie after her parents’ death. It was Kelly who played a big role in shaping her.Īfter meeting Kelly we learn how Frankie helped change her in return. This woman, Kelly, is married to a big player in the cartel (although it’s a while before we find out just how big Daniel’s role really is).įrankie opens up a little to Will in the car, and we gain insight into why Frankie became who she did. After Frankie’s parents died, she was taken in by a family friend who became like a second mother to her. The mission: Teens are over-dosing on opioids. (And both she and Will totally rode the Ferris Wheel with the suspect, and you can’t convince me otherwise.) What’s fun about this open is its bookended by the final scene and the contrast of opening scene Frankie to end scene Frankie is one of the joys of this show. During this, her suspect gets away, annoying Frankie. Concerned about Will after hearing shots, she knocks her suspect out with a skateboard and then goes to check on Will. You never know who might be listening.ĭiving now into this week’s episode, Two of a Kind allows for epic Frankie growth - and Ray really listens for once (while giving some fantastic advice).įrom the cold open we see how much Frankie has changed since the earlier episodes. Some other ways to get CavalierWhiskey on twitter is asking for fans to send in pictures or videos about why they want a season two:Īnd, as with all good cancellation campaigns, there’s a petition - although these have limited impact. Get yourself an account if you don’t already have one, and join in on the tweetstorm as the finale airs next week. Lucifer and SaveLucifer trending during the show’s FOX finale led to Netflix taking notice. With one last episode remaining, airing Wednesday May 22nd, it’s up to the fans to get loud. The fanbase wasn’t huge back when it was first cancelled in 2017, but the fans were loud and NBC reversed its decision. Whiskey Cavalier doesn’t have the years or fanbase behind it quite like Lucifer and Brooklyn Nine-Nine, but if the fanbase it does have gets loud enough, miracles can happen. It’s fairly common to hear of shows being shopped around after cancellation, and while pick-ups aren’t common, they do happen. Whiskey Cavalier may have been cancelled, but not all hope is lost. In the meantime, live-tweeting episode 112 tonight at 10pm. We're trying our hardest to find a new home for our beloved show. #Whiske圜avalier may have been cancelled by but it ain't over yet, folks.

Meet Charlotte Eloise Lindbergh and her Westie Little Dickens. If you love an opulent mystery set in times gone by then this is the read for you.Īll the opulence of a bygone era, all the elegance of an ill-fated vessel. Well-written, intermingled with true events and I’m happy to be an ARC reader for this series. You will see how they cross each other’s paths as the story unfolds. Recently widowed Lottie made a few friends on the voyage, a trip she should have made with her husband. ![]() Not just the threat of the iceberg, no, other matters will give you the chills. Something is afoot on the ship things are not all they seem, and danger is lurking. An avid reader of mysteries, she follows in her father’s policing footsteps, it is in her blood. ![]() The protagonist, Charlotte, known as Lottie to her close friends, plays her sleuth part well from the moment she boards the fated Titanic, until the bitter end. The description of the fashions, particularly the dresses and hats must have been very well-researched. In a time before women had many rights, this is reflected well, and I took a dislike therefore to the male egos and their treatment of females on the whole. I loved the wording, the description, and I suppose the sheer snobbery of the upper classes. If you recall the settings on a feature-length production of one of the Christie greats, you will get the picture of the plot, the details and absolute charm of the era. There is a wealth of information from the era and you can totally imagine yourself in the setting and picture the first-class passengers as they are described. This mystery is a rich read and one you would want to set aside some time to indulge in. ![]() Those two animals, obviously, wouldn't have met in nature due to the Atlantic Ocean being in the way. ![]() Anyway, the striped horses out there are definitely zebras of the plains variety ( Equus quagga), while the giant hairy thing from earlier is a Megatherium ( Megatherium americanum), a giant ground sloth from South America. Is that wat I think it is? Of course it is, I was the one who built the exhibit. One of the new animals can already be seen, the big lumpy thing. If anyone has any animal requests, I'm more than willing to consider them.Ī new entryway has opened in Maple Bay! Could it be an interdimensional gate? No, it's just a rather stylish arch leading to yet another wing of the zoo. Next time: more building!Ĭurrently I choose animals by closing my eyes and scrolling the croll wheel like a madman. We've got plenty of space, unlimited funds, unlimited possibilities. Hippidions and gemsboks wouldn't meet in nature, but that doesn't mean they can't be good pals.Īnd that's what it looks like: sparse tree cover and plenty of grass makes the exhibit a comfortable living space for grazing animals. Here's the evidence that the gemsboks are all here with their horse friend. Seriously, it can get really wonky sometimes. Gemsbok 1 IS contained it's just the game being weird as it tends to be. Stone troughs fit the aesthetics better than wooden ones imo.įrom up close you can see the Hippidion's head with bulging nasal bridge, something unique to this genus as far as I know. Hippidions prefer temperate grassland biome, but they do tolerate semi-desert just fine. Just behind the elephant enclosure is an exhibit with oryxes and horses. Hippidion ( Hippidion devillei), a south american horse with a protrudung nasal bone. I'm feeling daring, so how about a mixed exhibit? It's. Okay, now that the elephants are done, let's do another roll: and it's gemsbok (Oryx gazella). They have plenty of space to prance around and even splash like it's no one's business. How about that? The enclosure is a bit small for elephants, but not for the tiny ones. Second only after dwarven blood, one of the elephant's favorite foodstuffs is lettuce, preferably ripped straight from inside of a disemboweled tree trunk. As the park owner I am not satisfied with watching them from the viewing area though. Come to think of it, do dwarf elephants still hate dwarves, or are they more peaceful?įrom the watching area we can see one pachyderm menace going to chill under a thatched shade structure. This is the viewing area where the guests can sit down and watch the elephants do elephant things such as trumpeting, stomping around, and harassing poor dwarves. You see that brick wall? That is where we are going right now. Curiously, in the game it is incorrectly referred to as Elephas falconeri Sicilian Dwarf Elephant ( Palaeoloxodon falconeri). Of course money does not matter at this point. As it is now, there is nothing to it except for basic amenities for guests, but my anonymous benefactor had requested that I fill it with various animals from all around the world, from all across time. This is Maple Bay Wildlife Park, not actually located in Maple Bay, Vancouver Island, Canada. |
